Golfers will enjoy the beautiful nine-hole grass green course just 5 minutes south of Turtleford. Established more than 40 years ago, Mervin and District Golf course continues to uphold a solid reputation as a quality golfing experience. Opened in 1965, the course features professionally manicured grass greens and scenic fairways. The clubhouse is a spacious facility offering a wonderful view of the course and the club's driving range. The clubhouse is licensed, has a wide variety of menu items and offers rentals and a pro-shop. The nine-hole course is described as challenging, but rewarding. Men's yardage totals 2,843 and women's total yardage is 2,701.
The Lions Campground on the edge of town offers travelers a place to rest and spend the night. There are tennis courts, playground, ball diamonds, picnic and campsites.
